Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at The Holiday Resort Pattaya ("the Resort"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept all terms stated herein, you must not use our services or make a booking. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our website and facilities.
Reservations & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from the Resort or our authorised partner, ElevoraX Technologies. A reservation is not guaranteed until full or partial payment has been received as specified at the time of booking. The Resort reserves the right to decline any reservation without providing a reason.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00) local Thai time and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to room availability and may attract additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.
Payment
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. The Resort accepts major credit/debit cards and UPI. The total amount charged at the time of booking includes the room rate and any applicable taxes. Additional services consumed during your stay will be settled at check-out. The Resort is not liable for any foreign exchange losses or international transaction fees charged by your bank.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and the Resort's property at all times. The Resort operates a strict no-party policy in guest rooms. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by Resort management may result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others.
Damage & Liability
Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to Resort property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account. The Resort shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings of guests on the premises. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe and the Resort's safe deposit facilities for valuables.
Smoking Policy
The Holiday Resort Pattaya operates a designated smoking areas policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all air-conditioned areas including guest rooms, restaurants, the lobby, and the swimming pool area. A cleaning surcharge will be applied to any guest room found to have been used for smoking. Please ask staff to direct you to designated smoking areas.
Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the Resort premises, including guest rooms and all public areas. Service animals with appropriate documentation will be accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Please notify the Resort prior to arrival if you require assistance with a service animal.
Pool & Facilities
Use of the swimming pool, fitness centre, and other Resort facilities is subject to the operating hours and rules posted at each facility. The Resort accepts no liability for accidents or injuries arising from the use of recreational facilities. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the pool area. The Resort reserves the right to close any facility for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process your payment or comply with applicable law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, or civil unrest. In such events, the Resort will endeavour to offer alternative dates or appropriate remedies where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.
Amendments
The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your booking shall be the version applicable to your stay. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
