Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking so you know what to expect.

Cancellation Allowed

Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and time are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date and time are not permitted and are non-refundable.

How to Request a Cancellation

Online self-service cancellation is coming soon. At this time, all cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting us directly via phone. Please have your booking reference number ready when you call.

Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team (subject to the eligibility window above), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payments made via UPI or debit card are typically refunded faster than credit card payments. The Resort is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

No-Shows

If you fail to arrive on your booked check-in date without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable regardless of the reason. If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact us in advance so we can hold your room.

Booking Modifications

Date changes and booking modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your original check-in date. Modifications are handled at the discretion of the Resort and may result in a price difference being charged or refunded based on the revised booking details. Please contact us on the number above to request any changes.

Special Circumstances

In extraordinary circumstances — such as a natural disaster, government-mandated travel restrictions, or a documented medical emergency — the Resort may, at its sole discretion, offer a booking credit or date modification outside the standard policy. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

To request an exception, please contact us with your booking reference and relevant documentation as soon as possible.

Important: Online self-service cancellation is not yet available. All cancellation requests must be made by calling +91 84310 33247. Requests sent via email or social media are not considered valid cancellations until confirmed by our team over the phone.
